iv nearly finished my last piece of coursework that will allow me to go and see pans labarynth, although i will soon finish the rest of the unfinished coursework.
since we were told about being able to create our own horror film i have had plenty of ideas, most of which will be very difficult to do without a very large budget. but i was thinking of doing a blairwitch project style piece (with a low budget it may be an easier style to recreate) , with some normal over the shoulder, POV, establishing shots and other shots that could put ones level up. my piece will be heavily inflenced by the blairwitch project and blow up.
well thats all until my next post.
(by the way, i will hopefully be going to that club on thursday)

computer games part1
computer games have different genres (just like films). some of these genres are horror, fantasy, shoot em' up, beat em' up, sport, role play and many more. some games are based on things like films and programmes, an example of this is the simpsons 'hit and run' and 'the chronicles of narnia'. computer games are very popular and ansd make alotof money from all over the world. xbox 360 made close to $3 billion last year.i think that as games become more generated and developed more people buy them to experience more of a challenge.
the first ever game to be created was cathode ray tube by Thomas T Goldsmith Jr and Estle Ray Mann in 1947. The game was a missile simulator inspired by radar displays from World War II. followed by this was pong in 1972. pong used two colours, black and white and had one sound that was very repetative.
personally i don't play many computer games, however when i was younger i had ps2, which i played a couple of games on. i do now quite like simple games like platform games and mission games.
